At Cosaint Arms, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped promptly. Please read the following details regarding our shipping policies:
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Firearms are only shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer of your choosing. You must provide us with the details of your preferred FFL during checkout.
Shipping Methods and Costs
- We offer shipping via [UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carriers]. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
- Shipping Fees: A flat shipping fee of $50.00 applies for all firearm orders, unless otherwise noted.
Delivery Timeframes
- Estimated delivery timeframes for shipments within the U.S. are based on the gun ordered and the current shop backlog. Typically, 3-6 weeks once the order has been processed.
- Firearms must be picked up at your chosen FFL dealer. The FFL will complete the necessary background checks before transferring the firearm to you.
- Non-firearm items (e.g., accessories, apparel) are shipped directly to your provided shipping address.
Shipping Restrictions
All states will be shipped with the approval of the local FFL.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damaged Shipments: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at info@cosaintarms.com.
- Lost Shipments: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@cosaintarms.com to resolve the issue.
